14-day returns
Our main business is B2B. The transportation costs incurred will be borne by the customers themselves. Most of the samples will be delivered from Hong Kong, China. For some specific models, if they are in stock in the overseas warehouse, they can be sent from there. In the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, and the United Kingdom, we have our own Amazon stores. The samples required by these countries can be directly delivered from the Amazon warehouse may need 2-7 days. In addition, all retail and wholesale orders need to be delivered from Hong Kong, China. The default mode of transportation is by ship. If air transportation is required, please contact us via mk01@itoma.com. For the freight quotations for large-scale wholesale orders, please contact us for details!!! Delivery is supported to most countries around the world, except for some islands and Antarctica. The transportation time usually takes 30 to 90 days, depending on the destination of delivery.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at mk01@itoma.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, and in some circumstances may takes up to 14 days after the refund has been processed by us.
Handle with care: clean gently with a soft cloth, avoid exposure to water and chemicals, and store in a cool, dry place.
